How Flexi Minutes Work
- Dual Usage: One flexi minute equals one minute used either for a local call inside the UAE or an eligible international call to supported countries (both mobile and landline numbers).
- Destination Coverage: They apply to pre-approved global destinations, sparing businesses from needing separate local and international calling bundles.Â
- Exclusions: Calls made outside the included country list or exceeding your bundle limits are charged at specific out-of-bundle or standard international rates.

• Out of bundle tariff for Syria is AED 2.40 per minute (exclusive VAT).
• Extra Data Offer and metallic numbers are optional.
• Calls to Kosovo will be charged at AED 2.40 per minute (exclusive VAT).
• National Data and Flexible Minutes will be pro-rated on your first bill cycle.
